​Celebrate afternoon tea week with free fizz and three brand new afternoon teas at Palm Court Restaurant, Bar & Piano Lounge​

This afternoon, Palm Court Restaurant, Bar & Piano Lounge has  launched three new afternoon teas, and are offering a free glass of prosecco for any afternoon tea taken between 13th – 17th August in celebration of Afternoon Tea week.

The three new teas are;

·         Afternoon Tea With A Twist – served with a Gin and Tonic

·         Afternoon Tea With A Tipple – served with a tea-based Cocktail

·         Laurent-Perrier Afternoon Tea – served with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne

Customers will tuck in to a selection of seasonal hand-made pastries with accents of glazed mixed fruit and crisp meringue; indulgent double chocolate mousse with highlights of white chocolate ganache; and an almond sponge layered with a rich dark chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream. Guests can also choose from a variety of savoury sandwiches including roast beef with mustard mayonnaise; salmon and crème fraiche; and cheddar with onion marmalade. Traditional, fresh-baked raisin, plain and cherry scones are available with an assortment of Tiptree jams and clotted cream.

Tea-based cockails include Matcha Mint Juleps – made with matcha tea, lemon juice and bourbon Whisky; Peach Iced Tea – made with peach tea, vodka and mint; and Passioned Green Tea Whisky.

All Palm Court Afternoon Teas are served with the customers choice of tea, including Palm Court’s own blend of Red Berry and Rose Petals, sourced from Tea from the Manor.

Afternoon Tea is available from £18.95 per person, served Monday – Saturday from 11am – 4pm.
