Manchester’s comfort food pioneers, Brewski, are firing up the smokers again with the launch of their brand-new 5,253 sq. ft smokehouse concept BIG TRAY BBQ by Brewski at Quayside on Friday 21st November.
To celebrate the occasion, Brewski is giving away £10,000 worth of smoked meat trays in the run-up to the opening – with 100 winners announced over the coming weeks on the brand’s social media channels.
The opening marks an exciting new chapter for Quayside as it comes hot on the heels of the waterside destination’s new indoor gold venue TeeClub and adds another exciting offering to its line-up of food and beverage brands.
Speaking of the new opening, James Daly and Steven Stockton-King, Co-Founders of Brewski, said: “We’re thrilled to finally open the doors to BIG TRAY BBQ by Brewski at Quayside. This concept has been a long time in the making, and a true labour of love inspired by our time exploring the best BBQ joins across America. First dreamt up over six years ago, BIG TRAY BBQ has been a long-term passion project for Brewski’s founders, developed during food pilgrimages to Texas, Chicago, Brooklyn and Copenhagen. Diners can expect a menu of BBQ by weight, homemade sides, and signature sauces, alongside ongoing specials inspired by pitmasters for all 50 states.
Launching alongside the opening is Brewski’s new “Glazes Out” matchday menu, built for pre-game pints fuel and post win celebrations alike. Think brisket chilli cheese dogs, pulled pork buns, and a line-up of express BBQ items that deliver smokehouse flavour at counter service speed.
With even more newness coming in January, Brewski will debut what they believe will be a world first, a smoked meat roast dinner, bringing together the ritual of Sunday roasts with the craft of low and slow BBQ. Expect trays piled high with the craft of low and slow BBQ.
