This holiday season, Chotto Matte Manchester invites guests to celebrate the season in true Nikkei style, where the bold flavours of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine come together. From 1st November, the globally renowned restaurant will unveil its limited-edition festive dishes, set against a backdrop of seasonal décor and a striking entrance archway installation, that will welcome guests into an unforgettable festive experience.
Designed for sharing and social dining, the Festive Menu features a curated selection of dishes with indulgent seasonal twists. Menu highlights include the creamy Wagyu Udon Carbonara, a Truffled Lobster, and an impressive Tomahawk Steak served with red and yellow Anticucho sauce and truffle teriyaki.
A selection of Pommery Champagne will also be available by the glass and bottle with prices starting from £20.
To complement the experience, the venue will be transformed with an array of festive décor flowing throughout the main restaurant, Claude’s and the extensive roof-terrace, adding a festive touch to every corner of the space.
For larger parties, corporate events, and group celebrations, Chotto Matte will also offer a selection of curated group sharing menus, designed to get people into the festive spirit in one of Manchester’s newest restaurants and bars. Dishes on the menu include Shrimp Tempura, Pollo Peruano, and Truffled Lomo A La Parrilla.
The dishes will be available throughout November and December, making it the ultimate destination for holiday celebrations in the city.
