The Reach at Piccadilly, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has officially launched its Sunday Roast, and it features the hotel’s signature Manc twists.
Served up on Sundays at the hotel’s Lock 84 Restaurant & Bar, the new offering has been designed by Head Chef Chris Hall to encourage diners to slow down and savour their Sunday moments.
For their plate’s centrepiece, diners can choose between a Garlic, Rosemary and Mustard Beef Sirloin, English Sausage Stuffed Chicken Supreme, or a Sunchoke , Roasted Leek & Walnut Wellington.
Then, each dish is served with Lock 84’s take on the traditional Sunday trimmings. There’s garlic & rosemary roasted potatoes, sauté buttered seasonal greens, and agave and thyme roasted carrots and red onions – as well as lashings of gravy of course.
Other unique Lock 84 touches meanwhile include a red wine and Vimto braised red cabbage, and cauliflower cheese croquettes.
All roasts are served with a 250ml glass of Campo Viejo Rioja – the result of a new partnership between the restaurant and the beloved winery.
And for those with space left after tucking into their roast, desserts include a classic Sticky Toffee Pudding, Baked Tiramisu Cheesecake, and Salted Caramel Brownie.
The perfect comforting end to a busy winter week.
