Chotto Matte Manchester has announced it will launch ‘Chotto Hour’, an elevated happy hour launching exclusively in the restaurant’s bar and lounge space from Monday 2nd February, to celebrate the end of Dry January.
Running Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-6pm, Chotto Hour brings together Nikkei flavours, signature cocktails, and premium drinks at specially reduced prices. Designed for after-work drinks, relaxed afternoons, and early-evening socialising, Chotto Hour showcases a curated menu of cocktails from £8, wines and beers from £5, alongside a selection of Nikkei-inspired bites.
Cocktail highlights include Chotto Matte favourites such as the Pisco Sour, the Yuzu Martini, and the indulgent Flor de Manzana. Guests can also enjoy classics like the Negroni, Aperol Spritz, Lychee Martini, and the signature Espresso Martini.
Wine lovers can take advantage of the specially priced glasses from £5, including a crisp 2022 Mascadat Sevre et Maine Sur Lie from the Loire Valley, the elegant 2024 Studio Rose by Miraval, and a velvety 2022 Organic Fairtrade Malbec. Prosecco and Chotto Matte IPA will also be available.
To complement the drinks, Chotto Hour features a selection of Nikkei bites including King Oyster Mushroom Tostadas, Spicy Buttermilk Chicken Karaage, Wagyu Brioche Sliders, Avocado Nigiri, and Salmon Nigiri, all designed for sharing. Prices start from £3 per dish.
For those looking for a lighter drink, alcohol-free options are also available, such as the Sakura No-Groni with Everleaf Mountain, lychee and cranberry.
With the vibrant atmosphere and views across Manchester, Chotto Hour offers a new way to experience Chotto Matte Manchester.
Chotto Hour launches on Monday 2nd February, available Sunday-Thursday between 3-6pm exclusively in Chotto Matte Bar & Lounge.
