This Valentine’s Day, Spinningfields restaurant and bar Sexy Fish Manchester invites guests to experience The Perfect Catch: a week-long celebration of love, chance encounters and the moments that almost passed us by.

Inspired by love as a catch, the missed moments and paths that almost crossed, The Perfect Catch captures the instant when attraction turns into intention, when timing aligns, chemistry ignites and the decision is made to hold on. Like a modern-day sliding doors moment, desire at Sexy Fish runs deep beneath luminous lights and sexy surroundings, becoming the place where missed chances transform into The Perfect Catch.

To mark the occasion, Sexy Fish Manchester will offer a series of exclusive ‘Perfect Catch’ set menus and experiences available throughout the week. These include a special Valentine’s dessert, served at all Sexy Fish locations globally, offering a playful twist on the classic Vanilla Cheesecake. 

Guests can also enjoy a £30 two-course set lunch menu, including a glass of champagne alongside a specially curated four-wave, seven dish omakase experience. The £69 Perfect Catch Menu will feature standout dishes such as salmon ceviche, a sharing platter of sushi and sashimi, alongside the spicy beef tenderloin and grilled seabass, all showcasing the finest Japanese flavours.

Because love is best celebrated together, those dining from the £69 Perfect Catch Menu will also be invited to add on and enjoy a £50 bottle of Henriot Champagne, available throughout Valentine’s Day week.

The restaurant will also be transformed with Valentine’s-themed lighting complemented with a striking crimson floral installation. On Valentine’s Day itself, a live singer will perform a selection of classic anthems to set the tone for the evening, before a DJ set and entertainment from 9:30pm to carry couples into an electric late-night celebration.

The Perfect Catch will run from Monday 9th February to Sunday 15th February. Menus will be available all week.

There will be a £75 per person min spend from 8pm on 13th February and from 7pm on 14th February.
