Chotto Matte Manchester set to launch a new Sunday tradition on Mother’s Day

Chotto Matte Manchester has announced the launch of its Peruvian Sunday Roast, debuting on Mother’s Day, and available every Sunday after from 12pm-5pm.

Combining the comfort of a traditional Sunday roast with Chotto Matte’s bold Nikkei flavours, the new offering will showcase fire-led cooking, vibrant dishes and generous sharing plates. Priced at £32 per person, the experience encourages guests to gather around the table and enjoy a feast made for sharing.

At the heart of the Peruvian Sunday Roast is a selection of new dishes, served family-style and designed for sharing. Guests will be treated to a succulent roast baby chicken, marinated with fresh coriander and cooked until perfectly tender, alongside pachamanca beef, a slow-pulled antichucho-style beef inspired by Peru’s ancient earth-cooking traditions. The feast will be rounded off with charcoal-grilled robata sausages, providing smoky flavours straight from the fire.

Classic roast accompaniments will also be served, reimagined through Chotto Matte’s signature style, from crispy roasted potatoes dusted with sesame furikake alongside maiz a la parilla, featuring chargrilled corn on the cob slathered in a fiery rocoto chilli butter and finished with queso fresco.

Guests can also upgrade to a 125ml glass of wine every Sunday for an additional £5 per person with the Peruvian Sunday Roast menu.

The Peruvian Sunday Roast will be available every Sunday from 15th March at Chotto Matte Manchester between 12-5pm.

To celebrate Mother’s Day and the launch of the roast, all mum’s who dine on Mother’s Day will be given a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a special lip gloss (first-come-first-served basis).
