As the first rays of spring cast a new light, FENIX Manchester is honouring the mothers in our lives with Mother of Pearl – a new addition to the Greek-Mediterranean menus, inspired by a symbol of divine feminine energy. Said to carry the power of the ocean and the moon, Mother of Pearl reflects the beauty, strength and grace we celebrate on this occasion.

To mark the moment, an exclusive dessert featuring an edible black pearl –  the rarest of its kind  created will be a striking centrepiece for the table.

On 14th & 15th March, all mothers will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of fizz or signature Lady Athena cocktail, crafted with Casamigos Blanco, Cointreau, Muyu Jasmine, Everleaf Marine, lavender and lemon. Named for Athena, the Olympian goddess of wisdom and protector of the Greek city of Athens, it’s a tribute to the strength and spirit of mothers everywhere.
