MOTHER’S DAY AT LOUIS

This Mother’s Day, Louis celebrates the love, tradition and memories passed down through generations in Italian kitchens. Last year, Head Chef Matteo welcomed his own mother to Manchester all the way from Italy to celebrate the occasion. This year, in her honour, Louis presents Mama’s Carbonara – a special dish inspired by her original recipe and available exclusively for Mother’s Day weekend. On Sunday from 12pm – 6pm, guests can also enjoy the much-loved Louis Sunday Roast, with a choice of roast beef, maple-glazed chicken or chestnut mushroom wellington, all served with the classic trimmings. To make the celebration even sweeter, all mums dining at Louis will receive a complimentary Peach Bellini.
