As of January 2024, 50% of TeamSport venues have transitioned to electric, positioning the popular karting provider on course to achieve their goal of having all tracks electric-powered by the conclusion of 2026.

Liverpool, one of the busiest and most prestigious venues in the portfolio has just reopened after an investment of £1.8 million, upgrading and modernising the venue while also adding a new interactive concept Combat Karts, where traditional go-karting meets a cutting-edge gaming racing experience, transforming ordinary races into heart-pounding battles while simultaneously offering a level playing field, where speed alone is not the game changer!

This high-octane experience means players aged 13 and above, can navigate the real-world circuit while engaging with power-ups like Turbo, Blast, Bomb, Shield, and Power+, strategically deployed to compete for the podium and secure victory. Powered by state-of-the-art technology, the karts simulate real-life sensations, enhancing the competitive thrill and strategy in every lap. With no physical barriers on the track, drivers must balance skilful driving while managing on-screen power-ups and weapons integrated into the kart.

In addition to the longer and remodelled multilevel track, new state-of-the-art electric karts, and Combat Karts, we also have a totally refurbished bar and kitchen with a new menu, showing Sky Sports and an extended spectator area which has a range of new activities such as arcades, bowling, and pool tables.
