Iconic hotspot, Sexy Fish Manchester will be bringing ‘Sexy Fishmas’ to the city – a dazzlingly unique Christmas in partnership with Don Julio 1942.

Kicking off on 13th November and running through to New Year’s Eve, all guests dining at Sexy Fish will be immersed in a sparkling and shimmering underwater wonderland, complete with a limited-edition five-wave Sexy Fishmas omakase menu, and festive Don Julio 1942 cocktails from the award-winning bar team. 

Sexy Fishmas guests will enter an underwater world of revelry, with thousands of miniature golden fish baubles hanging throughout the restaurant – from the main restaurant, to private dining room, and bar area creating a truly immersive experience with a breathtaking spectacle guaranteed to leave diners awestruck.

Diners will be treated to an all-new omakase experience, with chef’s choice dishes on the Sexy Fishmas Omakase including five ‘waves’ of courses priced at £128pp. With snacks like Eryngii mushroom tempura & truffle and Yellowtail tartare with caviar to sushi & sashimi platters brimming with nigiri, rolls and tartars, the menu will perfectly showcase the best of ‘Sexy Fish’. Grilled lobster & sancho pepper, Wagyu picanha steak, Baby gem with smoked chilli soy dressing will also grace the menu, finished with a Sexy Fishmas dessert platter featuring festive delights – made for sharing. 

Alongside this menu, the award-winning Sexy Fish bar team have also created a selection of festive serves in partnership with Don Julio 1942, available throughout the season including Christmas Cosmo with Don Julio Blanco, Triple sec, cranberry, sage & port, or the Carrot & Thyme Old Fashioned as well as a Gingerbread Sour with Don Julio Blanco, Gingerbread, Lemon & a foam finish. 

Celebrations will continue until the end of the year with an iconic Sexy Fish Dinner Party with a difference taking over on New Years’ Eve until 2am. The arrival of Midnight Fish will leave diners mesmerised with live entertainment, surreal performances and a spectacular midnight countdown. Guests booking to dine from 9pm onwards will get to experience the Midnight Fish moment with a night of mirrorball dancers, Don Julio ice sculptures & special serves as well as two epic DJ sets from DJ Kimmi K (5-9pm) and DJ Katya Livingston (9pm-2am). 

Minimum spend (£185pp) applies to all tables from 9pm onwards and £45 for bar entry (8.30pm onwards), both  guaranteeing the Midnight Fish moment at Sexy Fish.  

Sexy Fishmas Omakase will be priced at £128pp available from 13 November – 31 December. The menu is available Monday-Sunday across both lunch and dinner.
