The Lowry Hotel has announced plans to launch ‘Flame’ – a special grill night set to take over The River Restaurant bringing flame-grilled flavour, premium local produce and relaxed riverside dining to the hotel.
Beginning 7th May, ‘Flame’ will be held every Thursday and will consist of a curated menu of grilled meats with a selection of premium cuts, signature marinades and sauces and expertly designed wine pairings.
Guests will be treated to a number of different meat offerings including a tomahawk (£70), a 10oz Sirloin Steak (£60) and a 7oz Lamb Rump (£50) all designed to be shared between two people. Each dish will be served with a Tomato, Mushroom and Fries.
A glass of wine per person will also be included in the offering – the perfect treat for any date night, after-work get togethers or anyone looking to start the weekend early with bold flavours in a vibrant setting.
Thursday’s at The Lowry Hotel will also feature a live music schedule of jazz performances from alternating artists and the launch of The Lowry Lounge & Bar ‘Happy Hour and a half’, which takes place from 6:00-7:30pm with a selection of cocktails, two for one in the main bar.
The Lowry Hotel’s extensive terrace will also feature a selection of outdoor seating and umbrellas, perfect for a Spring evening.
