Manchester, get ready to roll – YO! is back and better than ever. The Trafford Centre restaurant within Selfridges is relaunching on 1st of July with a bold new design that brings the buzz of Tokyo nightlife to one of the UK’s most iconic shopping centres.
With brighter colours, bold design and bigger energy, the redesigned space features neon signage and hanging street-style designs, laying the stage for an exciting dining experience. Whether you are grabbing a quick bite in between shopping or settling in for an evening meal, YO! Trafford Centre has exactly what you need to experience fresh sushi and delicious Japanese food.
To celebrate the relaunch on the 1st of July, the first 50 customers will receive a complementary 30% off their meal on the day to try the vibrant YO! menu.
Lauren Crozier, Marketing Director at YO! said: “We’re thrilled to be reopening our Trafford Centre Selfridges doors with a brand-new look, marking a new chapter for YO! This store introduces our new identity, which will be rolling out across the UK throughout the year. Whether you’re out shopping or stopping by for a fresh flavour packed meal, YO! is the place to be.”
First opening in Soho in 1997, YO! pioneered the UK’s conveyor belt sushi experience, redefining fast casual dining with a Japanese twist. Now, nearly three decades on, YO! is bringing that same energy into a fresh new era, and it all starts in Manchester.
The revamped Trafford Centre restaurant officially reopens on Tuesday the 1st of July 2025, so don’t miss out and book your visit now!
