This August, acclaimed Manchester restaurant Australasia launches Shore Club, a new weekend daytime experience combining vibrant small plates, bottomless drinks, and curated live entertainment in a refined, coastal-inspired setting.

Beginning Saturday 9th August, Shore Club will take place every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, offering guests a sophisticated alternative to traditional brunch. Set within Australasia’s distinctive interior, the experience invites guests to unwind with expertly crafted dishes and free-flowing drinks, accompanied by roaming vocalists and live musicians. Performers move between tables, creating a relaxed and immersive atmosphere anchored by a baby grand piano.

Inspired by the elegance of European Riviera beach clubs, Shore Club brings a fresh energy and coastal bohemian soul to Manchester’s weekend dining scene, blending laid-back luxury with elevated hospitality.

A Menu Designed for Sharing

For £35pp, guests are invited to choose three dishes from a seasonally inspired menu rooted in Australasia’s globally influenced, coastal cuisine. Selections include:

• Birria Beef Croquetas with saffron aioli
• Seabass Ceviche with Thai basil coconut sauce and physalis
• Akami Tuna & Lime Tacos with yuzu mayo and guacamole
• Beef Rib-Eye Sando with truffle mayo and balsamic caviar
• Halloumi Popcorn with truffle honey
• Black Pepper Beef with jasmine rice and wok-fried vegetables
• Dulce de Leche French Toast with cinnamon sugar
