ALBERT’S SCHLOSS TURNS 10 AND THEY’RE SAYING ‘DANKE’ TO MANCHESTER

Since opening its doors in 2015, Albert’s Schloss quickly became a much-loved part of Manchester’s nightlife, known for its seven nights of showtime, tank-fresh bier, and a unique mix of music, food and performance. What began as a single venue has quietly grown into a family of four, now with homes in Birmingham, Liverpool and Soho, London.

Seven Days of Showtime has been at the heart of Albert’s Schloss since day one, creating a stage for live performances every night of the week. Over the past decade, the venue has proudly worked with over 500 local and national performers – from musicians and drag artists to cabaret stars and dancers.

This September, Albert’s Schloss returns to its roots to celebrate the people, performances and unforgettable moments that have shaped the past decade. To celebrate its 10th birthday with its usual Seven Days of Showtime line-up, featuring Kunst Kabaret, Disko Wunderbar, Friday Frohlich and more, plus a Birthday Special Baby Grand Slam on Wednesday 10th September.

The fan favourite night, Baby Grand Slam, is getting a birthday glow-up, expect special guests, bigger performances and a night of singing your heart out alongside two pianists, a full band and a setlist driven by audience requests.

Tickets for the Birthday Special are £15 per person, which includes a bratwurst of choice and a glass of Ferghettina or pint of bier, with all profits going to Not A Phase charity. While the venue remains open to all as usual, booking is required for this special offer.

To mark the milestone, the team has created a limited-edition Birthday Cake Schnapps, with plenty of bench dancing and birthday revelry carrying on into the early hours.

Lucie Meiselle, Creative Director who has been at Mission Mars since day one, said: “We are so proud to be celebrating the 10-year journey in Manchester. From the artists who light up our stage to the guests who fill the haus each night, none of it would be possible without the community around us.

“Showtime has always been what makes us, us – and this Birthday Special is a tribute to that spirit. It’s fun, it’s nostalgic, and it’s very Schloss.”

With music, performance and Schloss magic flowing all week, the 10th birthday celebrations promise something for everyone. The venue remains open to all as usual, but for those wanting to be part of the Birthday Special, tickets are available to book now via the website.
