Manchester’s newest roof-top restaurant and bar, Chotto Matte, has unveiled its brand-new Lunch Tasting Menu, inviting guests to discover a selection of Nikkei dishes in the heart of the city. Priced at £29.95 per person, the menu offers a four-course dining experience that showcases Chotto Matte’s blend of Japanese and Peruvian flavours.

Designed for those looking for a luxurious and accessible mid-week offering, the Lunch Tasting Menu showcases a curated selection of Chotto Matte’s signature dishes. Guests can choose one option from each course, beginning with starters such as Edamame, served salted or with a spicy chilli dressing, the Dragon Roll with prawn tempura, salmon, avocado and unagi sauce, or the Lychee Ceviche, a vegetarian favourite.

The journey continues with mains including Pollo Peruano, Robata Sea Bass Rice Bowl, or the King Oyster Mushroom Tostada, followed by a firm-favourite finale, Warm Cinnamon Churros served with a dulce de leche and chocolate hazelnut sauce, or a refreshing Mochi Ice Cream selection.

Since opening earlier this year within the landmark St Michael’s development, Chotto Matte Manchester has quickly established itself as the city’s most exciting dining destination, combining Nikkei flavours, design, and an electric atmosphere.

The Chotto Matte Lunch Tasting Menu is available Monday-Friday between 12-5pm.
