Manchester’s newest restaurant and bar, Chotto Matte and Claude’s Skyview Bar are inviting guests to kick off 2026 in true Chotto style with bold Nikkei flavours, signature cocktails, live entertainment and a night of pure energy. With panoramic views of the city’s iconic fireworks and a selection of elevated experiences, Chotto Matte and Claude’s will set the stage for an unforgettable start to 2026.

A selection of packages are available including an Early Dining Experience, a Premium Dining Experience and a Bar and Lounge Experience.

Claude’s Skyview Bar, Chotto Matte’s tequila and mezcal bar will also offer a number of experiences including the Premium Bar Experience and the Claude’s Bar Experience from 10pm.

Early Dining Experience (12-7pm)

Ease into the night with Chotto Matte’s elevated a la carte menu or indulge in the £165 set menu, including a glass of Pommery Brut Champagne, available all day. Ideal for guests seeking a relaxed celebration before the city lights up. 

Premium Dining Experience (7pm-11:30pm) 

As evening falls, the celebration begins. Guests can enjoy the New Year’s Eve Exclusive Set Menu, priced at £165 per person and paired with a glass of Pommery Brut Champagne on arrival, or choose from the a la carte selection. Throughout the night, expect live DJ’s, immersive entertainment, and a party atmosphere.

Pre book with an additional £85 per person minimum drink spend and enjoy guaranteed seating until 3am.

Bar & Lounge Experience (10pm-3am)

Ring in 2025 in high style within the Chotto Lounge and Bar. Guests can enjoy exclusive bottle service with curated premium spirits and mixers, vibrant DJ sets, entertainment and an electrifying midnight countdown. Bottle purchase is required for table service.

Claude’s Premium Bar Experience (10pm-3am)

Kick off 2026 at Claude’s, the dedicated tequila and mezcal bar perched above the city. This high-energy experience features live DJs, immersive entertainment, and premium bottle service packages. A selection of canape platters will also be available to order. Celebrate under the skyline with unparalleled views of Manchester’s fireworks, the ultimate front-row countdown to the New Year. A £200 per person minimum spend.

Claude’s Bar Experience (10pm-3am)

For those seeking a lively celebration, Claude’s offers a standing experience that includes two premium cocktails plus a glass of champagne on arrival for £125 per person. Dance through the night to live DJ sets and entertainment, surrounded by the best panoramic views in Manchester – a truly electric Claude’s-style countdown to 2026.
