This festive season, Sexy Fish Manchester invites guests to dive into a world of dazzling colour, bold energy and celebration with the return of its signature end-of-year activation, Sexy Fishmas, in partnership with Don Julio. Reimagining Christmas, Sexy Fish is set to transform the holidays into an illuminated neon spectacle.

Sexy Fish is set to glow as it turns up the voltage for a Neon Fishmas, an electrifying celebration where festive glamour meets underwater fantasy. The restaurant is set to transform into a kaleidoscope of colour and light with glowing coral tones to vibrant neon installations that pulse with energy into the night, creating a spectacular backdrop for festive indulgence.

Guests are invited to toast the season with  a winter-inspired Don Julio cocktail menu, blending holiday flavours with premium tequila. The menu will feature serves such as Cinnamon Butter Marg, a Chocolate Espresso Martini, and Cherry Cake Sour.

The Sexy Fishmas Menu is also set to launch on 1st December, priced at £95 per person, offering a selection of Sexy Fish’s signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Mandarin Ponzu, Crispy Duck with Watermelon and Pomegranate, Caramelised Black Cod with Spicy Miso and a delicious USDA Ribeye served with Seaweed Butter, Crispy Potato and Seaweed. 

The restaurant and bar will also re-launch their Sexy Fish Festive Dessert Platter featuring a decadent array of miniature sweets including Chocolate Fondant, Mini Cheesecake, Mini Doughnuts Fresh Fruits and Ice Cream & Sorbet Selection – a playful finale to an evening of bold flavours and luminous style.
