Eggslut has confirmed its Manchester launch for Saturday 14th February. Customers can expect the brand’s signature breakfast sandwiches served from early until late, with a series of fun surprises awaiting the keenest guests coming down for Valentine’s Day.
Eggslut’s menu will not deviate from what they know best, with eggs at the core of every option from the classic Bacon, Egg and Cheese to newer additions like the Pork Romesco with crispy pork belly, romesco sauce and an over-easy egg. Other favourites that have been on the menu since the beginning include Fairfax, a soft brioche bun loaded with soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, chives, cheddar and sriracha mayo and the addictive social media sensation Truffle Hash Browns. For the sweet-toothed, Eggslut’s standout new addition sees thick-cut brioche French Toast Sticks dipped in egg wash, fried until golden, rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with a rich maple custard.

In celebration of Valentine’s Day until the end of February Eggslut will offer a Manchester-exclusive opening bundle: two sandwiches and two hash browns for £25, available in-store only.
To mark the opening, the first 100 customers through the doors from 8am will receive a free sandwich, while bright yellow branded umbrellas will be handed out to those in the queue, just in case of the inevitable Manchester rain.
Catering will be available at the new Manchester store, offering sliders – perfect for offices, shoots, meetings and events. Catering has been a new addition in 2025 for the brand, with Eggslut sensing a real gap in the market both in Manchester and in London and taking the opportunity to own this space.
Eggslut made its first UK appearance at Taste of London in 2019 before launching its debut permanent location on Portobello Road later that same year. The brand has spent the six years since taking its all day breakfast across the capital, opening in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch,
Liverpool Street, Stratford, Market Halls Victoria and Canary Wharf. While Eggslut now has an established footprint in London, the brand is ready to make the leap across the UK. Eggslut Manchester is located in Bruntwood SciTech’s Centurion House on Deansgate, open seven days a week: 7am–4pm on weekdays and 8am–5pm on weekends.
