From 2 February, TGI Fridays™ is introducing a brand-new Everyday Trio menu in UK restaurants, giving guests a complete meal (including an appetizer, main and a drink) from just £12.49, all day, every day.  

Made for everyday moments, the menu brings together the bold American-inspired flavours Fridays™ is known for with the flexibility to suit how guests want to dine now. Whether it’s a relaxed lunch, a spontaneous midweek catch-up or an easy dinner out, the Everyday Trio offers a full Fridays™ experience at a price that works for any budget – perfect for those who want to enjoy something social and fuss-free.

What’s on the Fridays™ Everyday Trio Menu 

Guests can choose one appetizer, one main and a drink, starting from £12.49, with plenty of flexibility to make it their own. 

• Appetizers include a choice of Fridays™ favourites, such as Cheese Donuts, Maple Glazed Corn Ribs, Garlic Ciabatta Bread and Crispy Calamari. 
• Mains span burgers, wraps and quesadillas crafted especially for the Everyday Trio Menu, including, the Whiskey-Glazed Sesame Chicken Burger, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Crispy Chicken Fingers, Crispy Chicken Fajita Wrap, Blackened Chicken Quesadillas, or the Cajun Mushroom Wrap for a vegan option – all served with a choice of House Fries or House Salad.  
• Guests looking to indulge further can upgrade to premium mains, including Rump Steak and Fries with sauce or Whiskey-Glazed Sesame Chicken Breast with mash and broccoli. 
• Each trio includes a single-serve soft drink, with the option to upgrade to a beer. Sides can also be upgraded to an indulgent choice, while desserts can be added on to elevate the occasion. 

The Fridays™ Everyday Trio menu is available from all UK restaurants from 2 February 2026.
