Side Street, the venue where 70’s house party meets mid‑century living room, has released its latest cocktail menu, which blends unusual ingredients and creative concoctions inspired by Manchester.
Honey and bee pollen are amongst the intriguing cocktail ingredients – alongside the likes of soy yoghurt, basil oil, rhubarb and hibiscus – which feature on the all-new drinks menu. Also making an appearance is an enviable selection of world class wines; spritz; beers (on tap, bottled and in cans), teas, coffees and speciality hot drinks.
Side Street is a low-lit mid-century hangout for coffee, cocktails and late night conversations, as well as the home of Tartuffe Kitchen and late night Vinyl-only DJ sessions – all set against unique interiors and a warm, intimate glow.
Cocktail highlights include:
- Manc Marg – Olmeca Silver Tequila, Cointreau, lime, honey (contains bee pollen)
- Bees Knees – Raspberry Beefeater Gin, rhubarb, cranberry, citrus, honey
- Paloma – Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, Aluna Peach & Pomello, honey, grapefruit, spice
- Japanese Slipper – Vanilla Havana 3 Rum, Cointreau, Midori, soy yoghurt, citrus

What’s more, Side Street boasts not one but two happy hours: Monday to Friday, 5-7pm, and Midnight Happy Hour every Friday and Saturday from 12-1am.
