Pinchjo’s tapas bar, on Burton Road, is delighted to announce that it is back in business thanks to new owners pledging to continue serving the same delicious favourites as well as introducing some Mediterranean tasty treats.
The popular eatery has been a firm favourite with Didsbury locals for the past 10 years and will be re-opening its doors on Wednesday 9th August with giant tapas dishes, ice cool cocktails, Spanish beers, European wines, funky tunes and much more.
Josie Glorioso, Restaurant Director said: “We love Didsbury’s community spirit and after living here for many years feel very at home. When the opportunity came to invest in Pinchjo’s we were over the moon and jumped at the chance. Joe has done a fantastic job serving delicious tapas with fresh ingredients and authentic drinks day in and day out and we plan to do him proud by continuing his legacy.”
The group of owners aim to bring their European and South American’s backgrounds and flavours to Burton Road’s Mediterranean hotspot and to maintain the vibrant atmosphere that Pinchjo’s is famous for.
