THE BAY HORSE TAVERN HOSTS EXCLUSIVE WORD TO MOTHER PRINT RELEASE

Acclaimed artist, Word to Mother will be releasing his new limited edition ‘Manchester Forever’ prints this Thursday 7th December at The Bay Horse Tavern in collaboration with Leon Martyn.

On display in The Snug area from 7pm – 9pm, the ‘Manchester Forever’ prints have been produced in two colour ways (teal and coral), each a limited edition of 25. The prints are on sale at £125 + VAT with 10% from each sale donated to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund. Due to availability, sales are limited to one of each colour print per person.  The two original print trays will also be on display and available for purchase for £2,000 + VAT each.

London-based artist, Word to Mother has been making waves on the Manchester art scene following his ‘Manchester Forever’ pieces displayed at the tenth edition of Buy Art Fair in October 2017. With a background in graffiti and illustration, his work consists of layered paintings atop pieces of salvaged wood and combines hand written sentiments and illustrations – drawing on his years as a tattoo artist and sign writing.
