Find your Zen and get in the Zone with Harvey Nichols Manchester and Barrecore

It’s time to get energised as Harvey Nichols Manchester joins forces with Barrecore, Alderley Edge for a series of fitness and wellbeing activities to ensure you get fit and flexible fast. Loved by everyone from Jourdan Dunn to Rita Ora, Barrecore’s ballet-inspired workouts cater for those that want to fit intelligent workouts into their busy lives. If one class isn’t enough, the combination of Barrecore and the core practice of Yoga creates innovative workouts of our second set of sessions, experiencing the best of both worlds.

Barrecore launched in London in 2011. It was the first specialist barre fitness studio in the UK. Founder, Niki, had recently moved from Los Angeles and was surprised to discover that the boutique fitness trend she had left behind was yet to arrive in London. Niki recognised that Londoners needed an exercise regime that allowed them to fit a range of intelligent workouts into their busy lives.

They pride themselves on the quality of their classes and the expertise of their instructors. Unlike most barre studios, their instructors undergo a vigorous selection process and 200 hours of training.

The Barrecore community has grown since their first studio opened in Chelsea. Backed by Octopus Ventures, they now have 12 Studios across the UK, including Manchester.

Each session is priced at £15 which includes a 50-minute intimate Barrecore class, a refreshing Seedlip cocktail and a gift to take home. Cool down and take your time to explore Harvey Nichols Manchester’s activewear, wellbeing and beauty delights in our designated pop-up on the Second Floor.
