This July, Chotto Matte Manchester is inviting graduates to mark their achievements with a Nikkei dining experience high above Manchester.

From 1st to 31st July, graduates can enjoy a complimentary glass of Pommery Champagne when dining from the specially created Graduation Sharing Menu, priced at £40 per person or £35 for the vegetarian menu. Designed to bring families and friends together, the menu showcases a selection of Chotto Matte’s signature Japanese-Peruvian dishes.

Highlights include Chotto Matte favourites such as Spicy Tuna Crispy Sushi, Sea Bass Ceviche, Prawn Tempura and the famous Pollo Den Miso finished with Milk Soft Serve Ice Cream.

For those looking to add to the occasion, optional upgrades can be purchased including Wagyu A5 Sirloin or bottles of Pommery Brut Royal or Rose Champagne. Prices start from £135.

The graduation offer is available all day, Monday to Friday during graduation weeks. Each graduate will receive one complimentary glass of champagne.
