Sexy Fish Manchester Launches Exclusive Graduation Menu with Champagne and Dessert Parade

Spinningfields restaurant and bar Sexy Fish Manchester is helping graduates celebrate in style this summer with the launch of an exclusive Graduation Menu, designed to mark one of life’s biggest milestones with family and friends. Available Monday-Friday throughout graduation season, the £55 per person sharing-style menu showcases some of the restaurant’s most-loved signature dishes, complemented by a series of personalised touches to make the occasion truly memorable.

The celebration begins with a complimentary glass of Henriot Champagne for each guest, followed by a selection of starters including Steamed Edamame, Salt and Pepper Squid, and Prawn Gyoza with ginger dressing. Guests can then enjoy a selection of sushi favourites, featuring sashimi and maki rolls, before moving on to mains including the famous Caramelised Black Cod with spicy miso, Whole Baby Chicken and Crispy Potato with seaweed butter. 


To round off the celebration, graduates will enjoy a special Sexy Fish dessert parade with a personalised Vanilla Cheesecake, created as a special finale to the meal. Those who book in advance will also receive personalised menus, adding an extra bespoke touch to celebrate the milestone.

Guests can also enjoy the restaurant’s £28 Signature Set Menu, available Sunday-Friday.

Available for a limited time throughout Manchester’s graduation season, the Graduation Menu is available Monday to Friday from 29th June – 24th July. Tables can be booked here.
