The Ivy Collection has unveiled The Ivy Edition, a new chef-curated menu designed to showcase exceptional ingredients, elevated flavours, and the timeless elegance that has become synonymous with The Ivy brand.

Available daily for lunch and dinner, The Ivy Edition offers a carefully crafted selection of dishes that balance classic favourites with contemporary flair. Priced at £34.95 for two courses or £41.95 for three, the menu delivers a premium dining experience that feels both indulgent and accessible.

Created by Group Executive Chef Mark Askew, the menu places a strong emphasis on quality produce and thoughtful execution. Standout starters include a creamy Stracciatella featuring Black Bee Honey, bitter leaves and crisp croutons, alongside a bespoke smoked salmon developed exclusively for The Ivy Collection in partnership with renowned producer Severn & Wye.

For mains, guests can enjoy the rich and comforting Truffled Chicken Kiev, served with wild garlic butter and silky mashed potato, or opt for the Roasted Salmon Supreme with pink peppercorn hollandaise. The Yellowfin Tuna Steak provides a lighter, contemporary option, while the vibrant Keralan Vegetable Curry showcases the kitchen’s flair for bold, globally inspired flavours.

Desserts continue the sense of occasion, with guests able to choose between the classic French Paris-Brest or The Ivy’s iconic Signature Chocolate Bombe, which delivers a touch of theatre to the table.
