Highlights include classic Aperol, Hugo and Limoncello Spritzes, alongside signature serves such as Carlo’s Cosmo and the Basil Paloma.

The food offering varies by location, with new seasonal specials launching across San Carlo’s flagship restaurants and concept venues including Cicchetti and Fumo. Dishes range from White Asparagus Carbonara and Olive Leaf Pasta with Asparagus Cream to Lemon Tagliolini with Italian Sturgeon Caviar and Charcoal-Grilled Chicken marinated in lemon, wild fennel, honey and chilli.
