Knoops has unveiled its most exciting launch yet: the UK’s first-ever Frozen Hot Chocolate, landing just in time for summer 2026. Lip-smackingly delicious and the ultimate refreshment on a hot summer’s day, the experts in drinking chocolate drinks are introducing the much-anticipated serve in two carefully selected chocolate percentages: the best-selling 54% Dark Chocolate and a sweet, creamy 28% White Chocolate, made just how you like it, every single time.

As Britain’s love affair with elevated café culture continues to grow, this frozen hot chocolate serve is anticipated to quickly emerge as the season’s must-try treat. The new drink blends Knoops’ signature craft chocolate with the cooling refreshment of a blended iced drink.

The never-before-served drink has been expertly devised by Knoops’ master chocolate sommelier and tastemaker extraordinaire, Jens Knoop, through hand selecting the best chocolate flakes, not powder, which blend smoothly with milk and ice to create the mouth-watering frozen hot chocolate. Every sip is smooth, refreshing and seriously satisfying, with frozen hot chocolate set to become the drink of the summer, get your hands on the ultimate cool-down for even the hottest British days. 

In true Knoops style, personalisation remains at the heart of the Frozen Hot Chocolate experience. Guests can choose from a selection of carefully crafted serves, including the 54% Dark Frozen Hot Chocolate, 54% Dark Frozen Chocolate Mocha and 54% Dark Frozen Hot Chocolate with Orange Zest, alongside the 28% White Frozen Hot Chocolate, 28% White Frozen Hot Chocolate with Lemon Zest and 28% White Frozen Hot Chocolate with Matcha. 

Each drink can be further tailored with a choice of dairy or plant-based milk, as well as additional mix-ins from the wider Knoops menu, allowing customers to create a frozen chocolate that’s uniquely their own.
