Limited-edition menu pairing and bespoke special serve land across London and Manchester restaurants from 21st September to 4th October 2026
This Oktoberfest, Caravan is bringing a taste of Bavaria to the UK, teaming up with premium lager NOAM on a limited-edition food-and-drink pairing, available across Caravan’s London and Manchester restaurants from 21st September to 4th October 2026.
Staying true to Caravan’s well-travelled menu philosophy, the pairing takes inspiration from the traditional combination of schnitzel and beer rooted in the origins of Oktoberfest in 1810, when celebrations in Munich marking the royal wedding brought together hearty Bavarian food and free-flowing beer. More than two centuries later, this quintessential pairing remains at the heart of Oktoberfest celebrations around the world.
For £28, diners can enjoy Caravan’s iconic Dingley Dell pork schnitzel, served with a fried egg, mustard dill cream, pickles, sage, French fries and rosemary salt, paired with crisp Bavarian-style lager from NOAM (5.2% ABV, 340ml).
For those looking to try something unexpected this Oktoberfest, Caravan has also created the Wiesn Highball (£10) – a bespoke serve pairing Brothers Bond Bourbon, falernum, jasmine and lemon, topped with NOAM lager for a unique twist on the traditional beer experience.
Rather than throwing a huge party, Caravan offers a more considered way to mark Oktoberfest in London and Manchester. From its limited-edition schnitzel and lager pairing to an unexpected special serve, the restaurant brings a thoughtful taste of Bavaria to the table, combining its globally-minded approach with classic German flavours.
