IT’S A CARAVAN CHRISTMAS!

FESTIVE FEASTS, PRIVATE SEMI-PRIVATE EVENTS AND WINTER DRINKS FROM 18TH NOVEMBER

This Christmas, Caravan is bringing its well-travelled dishes to the festive table, with generous sharing and set menus, private dining spaces, festive drinks and seasonal specials across its London and Manchester restaurants from 18 November until 27 December.

FESTIVE FEASTS, MADE FOR SHARING

Christmas at Caravan is built around the table, with two festive menus for groups of eight or more. The
Set Menu (£49.50pp) starts with a welcome tipple, followed by shared starters including beetroot-cured
salmon with horseradish and pulled roasted lamb shoulder with kebab shop tahini. Mains include crispy
sea bass with yuzu butter, rosemary-roasted lamb rump with preserved lemon yoghurt, and a roasted
butternut squash with pomegranate-mint pesto. To finish, there’s Caravan espresso caramel tiramisu or
flourless chocolate cake with blood orange marmalade.

For a bigger feast, the Feasting Menu (£58pp) puts sharing at the centre of the table. Guests can expect
shared small plates including pork meatball skewers glazed in palm sugar chilli caramel, followed by larger
sharing plates of Caravan’s festive turkey – braised leg with buttered kale and salsa verde – and baked cod with braised puy lentils and green tahini yoghurt. A selection of shared puddings and sorbets rounds things
off.

A SPACE FOR EVERY CELEBRATION

Across London and Manchester, Caravan has private and semi-private spaces for intimate dinners, team
lunches, drinks receptions and bigger Christmas parties. Groups can make a Caravan their venue for
occasion, with fully private, event spaces at Covent Garden (The Green Room), Fitzrovia (The Record
Room) and Manchester (The Koru Room or Roastery) alongside semi-private tables hosted across every
restaurant.

There’s also room for spontaneous festive fun too: a drink after work, a small table for friends, or a long
lunch before everyone heads off for Christmas.

SEASONAL DRINKS AND A FESTIVE FAVOURITE

There’s plenty to raise a glass with this year at Caravan. The festive drinks line-up includes a sparkling
French 75, a Spiced Berry Highball, Mulled Wine with a splash of cognac, and the Mini Van: a shaken mini
Espresso Martini topped with silky white crema.

Caravan’s signature cornbread is also switching up for Christmas, the first time it’s changed since Caravan
first opened in 2010. For the festive season, enjoy Sage and Onion Cornbread, finished with spiced
cranberry jam and gravy butter. A dish made for the occasion.

WINTER TERRACES

When the winter sun brightens an afternoon enjoy our heated, winter terraces at Vardo, on Chelsea’s
Duke of York Square, and Caravan King’s Cross. Settle in with festive specials and make the most of the
crisp, open air.

A LITTLE CARAVAN UNDER THE TREE

For someone who would rather unwrap plans for dinner or a supply of morning coffee, Caravan gift cards
make a little room for another get-together. The cards themselves are made from waste coffee and are
available to buy from all Caravan locations. Digital gift cards are also available at caravanandco.com
