Manchester What’s On: La Discothèque at The Warehouse Project

Manchester-born disco collective La Discothèque returns to where it all began on Saturday 7 November – presenting its biggest home show to date with The Warehouse Project – celebrating a decade of disco. To mark its 10th anniversary, La Discothèque is set to bring its internationally acclaimed disco extravaganza to Depot Mayfield this autumn.

Founded in Manchester, La Discothèque has grown from a local institution into a globally recognised party series, with acclaimed residencies in Ibiza and events across the world. Renowned for its flamboyant production, genre-spanning line-ups and celebration of disco culture, the brand continues to unite generations of music lovers through unforgettable nights that blend disco, house, soul and electronic music.

For its WHP26 takeover, La Discothèque will transform Depot Mayfield across five rooms, bringing together a huge line-up of iconic artists and underground favourites. The Depot stage will welcome Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), Groove Armada (DJ Set) and Annie Mac, alongside Dombresky presents Disco Dom, DJ Paulette and Carly Foxx.

Across Concourse, highlights include Krystal Klear B2B Gerd Janson, Jayda G, Hunee B2B Luke Una, Cassius and CC:DISCO!. Elsewhere, DJ Spinna presents Wonder-Full: A Tribute to the Music of Stevie Wonder will bring his acclaimed celebration of Stevie Wonder’s legendary catalogue to Vault, while Archive will host sets from Crazy P (DJ Set), Krysko B2B Gina Breeze, Fleetmac Wood and more. The Star & Garter will also welcome a special secret guest alongside Mither, James Glover B2B Mike Woods, Meme Gold and Kirsten at the Disco.

The full line-up is revealed below.

Kat Warburton, Founder of La Discothèque, said:

“Twenty years ago, I was making regular trips to Manchester for The Warehouse Project, staying until the lights came on before catching the first train back to Preston, where I was at university. Back then, I dreamed of one day bringing my own party to this venue, so hosting La Discothèque at The Warehouse Project feels like a genuine full-circle moment.

“Since our very first party in Manchester in 2016, we could never have imagined the journey that would follow. Over the past decade, we’ve built an incredible community, taken La Discothèque around the world and created some truly unforgettable moments along the way. To now return home and celebrate our 10th anniversary as part of The Warehouse Project’s 20th anniversary season is incredibly special. We’ve put together the biggest line-up in La Discothèque’s history, and with some amazing production planned across Depot Mayfield, this is going to be an unforgettable celebration.”

Pre-sale ticket sales go live on Friday 31 July at 9AM.
