Aloft by Marriott Manchester City Centre is now welcoming guests to its new 358-room hotel on Deansgate, bringing vibrant design, live music and a lively social scene to the heart of the city.
Officially opened on 16 June, the hotel is the largest Aloft by Marriott in Europe and forms part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of over 30 brands.
Set within a striking new tower, the hotel combines contemporary spaces with a relaxed, sociable atmosphere, providing a base for visitors exploring Manchester’s culture, nightlife and neighbourhoods.
Guests can start their day at Re by Aloft®, the hotel’s grab-and-go food and drinks hub, before returning to W XYZ® Bar for craft cocktails, eclectic cuisine and live performances from local, up-and-coming musicians.
Families can make use of Camp Aloft®, a dedicated programme for younger guests, while pets are welcomed through Arf® (Animals R Fun), with in-room amenities including toys and treats. A 24-hour fitness centre and private meeting space cater for both leisure and business stays.
Developed by Dean Street Developments, the hotel offers panoramic views across Manchester’s skyline. Its Deansgate location puts guests moments from Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink stop, with Manchester Central Convention Centre, Spinningfields, Deansgate Square and Oxford Road all within easy reach.
General Manager Abi Hindle described the opening as a welcome addition to Manchester’s flourishing hospitality scene, with the team looking forward to hosting guests from near and far.

The hotel forms part of a landmark mixed-use development by Dean Street Developments, whose portfolio includes projects across the UK and Europe.
Room rates start from £95, subject to availability. Marriott Bonvoy members can earn and redeem points on their stay, alongside access to mobile check-in and digital key functionality through the Marriott Bonvoy app.
