MNKY HSE Manchester has announced plans to launch a new Lounge and Bar, introducing a new concept that bridges the gap between dinner and nightlife. The newly imagined MNKY HSE Lounge is set to offer an alternative to the traditional nightclub experience, combining great food, fresh fruit cocktails and DJs.
At the heart of the relaunch is a curated menu of sharing plates available exclusively in the lounge, designed for social dining. Highlights include Spicy Lobster Tempura, flame-grilled Robata Skewers, indulgent MNKY Fries with Truffle and lobster rolls, alongside an extensive sushi selection including Truffle Ponzu Tuna, the signature Dragon Roll and a 48-piece Sushi Platter alongside MNKY HSE’s much-loved tacos. Fillings include Truffle Wagyu, Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek and Tempura Prawn.
Complementing the menu is an impressive cocktail programme designed by MNKY HSE’s expert mixologist Mike Munezero, which centres around a fresh fruit margarita menu, celebrating the iconic cocktail alongside a collection of Latin classics and in-house creations such the Banana Daiquiri and the Strawberry Daiquirias well as the Tropical, Rhubarb and the Kumquat Margaritas. Other signature drinks include Banana Pancakes, and a Frozen Apple Margarita.
MNKY HSE Lounge will offer a dedicated mocktail menu alongside a selection of low-ABV cocktails, including Tango Mango and Forbidden Forest. Whether guests are choosing not to drink or simply looking for a lighter option, the menu ensures everyone can enjoy the energy, flavour and atmosphere of a night at MNKY HSE.
A selection of offers will also launch Sunday-Friday between 6-8pm including £19 bottles of wine, £9 fresh fruit margaritas, bottles of prosecco priced at £25 and 3 tacos for £10.

The Lounge & Bar will also unveil a striking new look, completely reimagining the former MNKY HSE nightclub space. Featuring sophisticated lighting, luxurious interiors and a purpose-built DJ booth, the redesigned venue has been created with guest comfort at the core. Complemented by a full table service and a hospitality-first approach, every detail has been considered to go beyond experiences guests can create at home. Featuring a curated soundtrack of Afro & Vocal House, with the vibe building after dinner into a late-night party.
John Common, Managing Director at MNKY HSE said: “The relaunch of our lounge marks an exciting chapter for MNKY HSE. We wanted to create a destination that fills the space between dinner and nightlife – somewhere guests can enjoy exceptional small plates, world-class cocktails and incredible music in a cool setting from early evening. It’s about creating a fun atmosphere where people can celebrate, socialise after dinner and stay late, without feeling like they have to move on to a nightclub.”
MNKY HSE LNGE is now open.
